Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Get Started?

When you're ready to get started on your web design project, contact us. We'll work with you during the entire design process from start to finish. We have several planning documents available to help determine what you need and want.

How long will it take for my site to be completed?

Site completion can be as little as a few days depending on a variety of factors. Factors can include the complexity of your project, small projects take much less time than complex or very large sites; other projects we are currently working on, can also be a factor in your project completion date. We will give you a prospective launch date and timeline after initial review of your design requirements.

How much does it cost to have my website maintained?

Maintenance fees vary depending on the maintenance required. Simple text changes or changing an image are billed at our minimum hourly rate, in 15-minute increments. Complex changes such as programming and site structure/design changes are billed at our higher Design/Programming rate.

If you know you will be needing regular updates, we offer maintenance contracts.

I already have a website, can you still help me?

Yes, we can assist established websites with many services (once they are off contract with their current designer) including: Maintenance, Redesign, Marketing, Domain Registration, Hosting and addition of other features, etc. Just ask us and tell us what you need!

Will you submit my site to search engines?

Yes. Submission to search engines can be added to your contract. You will be responsible for any submission fees (required by the engine) in addition to our fees. Due to the constant changes in search engines and online directories the submission of a website does not guarantee you will be listed. Recent studies have shown that 70-80% of website traffic comes from other forms of promotion, paid listings, newspapers, magazines, radio, flyers, etc.
